Postage and Delivery Information

We use Australia Post and Sendle for national and international delivery, and Fast-go Australia and One-express for all deliveries to China and Hong Kong. Please be aware that the actual product or product packaging delivered may vary slightly from the product image shown. Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security, and dispatched as soon as payment has been processed.

Allow the following normal postage times for delivery:

  • To New Zealand: 3-10 business days
  • To Asia/Pacific: 5-14 business days         

  • To USA/Canada: 7-14 business days

  • To Rest of World: 10-21 business days

If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us at info@affordablelivingaid.com.au and our Customer Service Team will assess the damage and work out a solution. We offer free shipping for all orders that are collected at our warehouse. All orders will be dispatched within 12 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number/notification to monitor the delivery of your package.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with Australia Post or Sendle to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery at an additional cost.
